MY STORY

I began my journey from square 1, just like all of my clients.

I took everything that helped me to lose 80+ lbs and, I put it into a 12 - week blueprint so other busy professionals could escape the weight loss fads.

I want to help thousands of people, like yourself, to finally create unshakable levels of body confidence the sustainable way.

The first thing I do in the mastermind is I screen you just like a doctor would because we go after fat loss with a scientific approach.

I check for any imbalances you have and run a trend analysis to see where you need to be positioned on your energy balance equation. Weight loss is super simple because we approach it like scientists. We create a roadmap so that we you can get the muscles and fat loss you want to see so badly! Get ready to get the results, body, and mind you want!

MINDSET MASTERY

I don't just hand you a meal plan and a workout guide and send you on your little merry way and wish you the best of luck because that's not how you maintain your results.

So, we go into your mindset and look at your stress, your sleep, the way that you look at your body, and the way that you look at food. We dig deep, we work together and we tweak what we need to tweak.  We change what we need to change so that we can get you on the road to feeling your best both mentally and physically.

BUILD PEAK PERFORMANCE

This is where all the magic happens! When you work with me, you get a workout plan and you have to do four workouts a week. All of my workouts are based around heavy lifting.

As heavy as you can! My workouts can be done at home or at the gym. They're all less than 40 minutes, and the majority of them are actually less than 30 minutes. Four times a week for 30 minutes is all you need. You will know how to workout efficiently and effectively and you will never need to buy another training plan ever again!

LIFESTYLE & TIME AUDITING

In this step I look into your life, your sleep, your eating habits, your stress, and literally anything that's going on in your life that's getting in the way of the results that you want.

I also run a time audit on you to see where your time constraints are and where your pockets of time are so that you can prioritize what's important and move on with your life. I am there with you every step of the way to teach you how to make healthy decisions that becomes habits for life.
